Terms And Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing of our appliance repair services:

  1. Service Request: a. To initiate a service request, customers must provide accurate information about the appliance requiring repair, including the make, model, and issue faced. b. We reserve the right to refuse service if the appliance model or issue details provided are inaccurate or incomplete.

  2. Service Charges: a. Service charges will apply for technician visits and diagnostic assessments. b. The customer will be provided with an estimate of repair costs before any work is initiated. c. Service charges are non-refundable.

  3. Repair Work: a. All repairs will be carried out by our trained and authorized technicians. b. Replacement parts used for repairs may be new, refurbished, or of equivalent quality, as deemed appropriate by our technicians. c. We do not guarantee the repair of appliances deemed irreparable or beyond reasonable repair.

  4. Warranty: a. Repairs are covered by a 90 days warranty on parts and labor, starting from the completion date of the repair. b. The warranty does not cover subsequent damages caused by misuse, tampering, or natural disasters. c. Any modifications or repairs conducted by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

  5. Payments: a. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the repair. b. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, check or other agreed-upon methods of payment. c. Invoices for services rendered will be provided upon request.

  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. Customers must provide a minimum notice period of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. b. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  7. Liability: a. We will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from appliance repair services. b. Our liability shall be limited to the total value of the repair service provided.

  8. Customer Responsibilities: a. The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the appliance and ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians. b. It is the customer's responsibility to back up any data or settings before repairs are conducted.

  9. Confidentiality: a. We respect customer privacy and confidentiality. Any information provided will be used solely for the purpose of rendering repair services.
